In recent years, with China's rapid development of power industry, the security and reliability of power system have become increasingly demanded.The electrical equipment is developing in a large, automated and intelligent trend. As the most important control and protection equipment in power system, high-voltage switch plays a vital role in the grid, any faulse of high-voltage switch may causes serious consequences. Even a mini suspension of the working production equipment, can causes great loss. In order to guarantee the safety and stability of high-voltage switch, it is essential to test its mechanical characteristic periodically.In this thesis, based on analyzing the traditional measurement of high-voltage switch of mechanical parameters, on the purpose of eliminating the setbacks of traditional test, the embedded high-voltage switch based on TMS320F2812 DSP chip are proposed. The main work of this thesis includes: Taking a modular design concept on the hardware, and mainly discussing a design of the hardware circuit, such as, SCI serial communication module, closing resistance module, CPLD, SPI serial Flash; In the software design, the paper analyzes system function and the method of task schedule, and introduces the open source's embedded real-time operation systemμc/ os ? II, and divides the system according to the function part .After dividing the system, the thesis discusses the task of analog acquisition, digital processing module, the keyboard scanning task and communication task.The implement of entire system and testing process is discussed at last. Furthermore, we simulate the practical environment and get the testing result of switch-on and switch-off. According to the final design result, our testing apparatus can achieve our expected effect. And the extra USB disk storage function and stick-on closing resistance testing function compared with other similar apparatus make its practicability and higher capability than other similar production.
