| Air Conditioning cool storage uses off-peak electricity to store coolness,while discharges it during on-peak time.As the most beneficial and effective approach to solve the electric serve,the technology plays an important role in improving energy use rate and easing China's energy crisis.The paper compared some of the current cool storage technique,we fond thatorganic phase change materials has the inimitable foreground in air Conditioning cool storage. We chosed Dodecanol, Decanol, Capric acid, Nonoic acid and Caprylic acid as the basic object for study,to commix any two of them, through which we can seek appropriate binary eutectic mixture for cool storage.The major work of the paper includes:(1) Predict the melting point, crystallize enthalpy,and the eutectic mixing ratio by theoretical calculation; (2) Prepare diversified ratio of the binary mixture nearby the theoretical eutectic ratio separately,then study the phase change characteristic of them through DSC. (3) setted up a visual constant temperature water bath of 65cm×40cm×40cm,tested comparative volume of the diversified binary mixture,we draw the temperature-time curve of the binary mixture,and real-time observation has been taken,through these we analyse the behavior of them. (4) Contrast the theoretical calculation,data from DSC, test results of water bath with each other, analyse the deviation, select the appropriate high-temperature phase change cool storage mixture.We found that:In an water bath of 2℃,the Dodecanol/ Capric acid system with the mass ratio of 55.8:44.2 has a crystallization temperature of 10.5℃with only 1℃undercooling degree,the latent heat is 161.5J/g, which havs a good potential application in high-temperature air conditioning cool storage. The Dodecanol/ Caprylic acid mixture with the mass ratio of 48.6:51.4 has a crystallization temperature of 6℃with a 2.5℃undercooling degree, the latent heat is 178.6J/g; the Caprylic acid/capric acid mixture with the mass ratio of 55.2:44.8 has a crystallization temperature of 6℃with a 0.5℃undercooling degree,but the latent heat is only 118J/g .The last two mixtures both have an ordinary potential application in high-temperature air conditioning cool storage. |
