The cardiac disease is one of the main diseases to harm human body now. Accurate detection and analysis of ECG is an important method for the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease in clinic.In addition, it sets higher requirements to the portability and anti-jamming performance of the ECG testing equipment in the home care and outdoor first-aid.With the development of microprocessors technology, microelectronics technology and electronic technology, it is possible to design an ECG monitoring module,which is a both auto-detection, real-time monitoring, but also to store and playback analysis of the low-cost portable Holter detection system,meanwhile it is the current hot topic in international research.Based on the basic requirements and features of the ECG, the paper designs of the system's hardware and software.System hardware is mainly composed of analog circuits and digital circuits:according to the interference signals and characteristics of ECG, analog circuits preprocesses and filters ECG in a variety of noise,then detects the accurate and complete QRS waves.Digital circuits is the hub of the entire system,which is responsible for deployment of resources and realization of functions.The software is divided into low-level hardware drivers,master programs and function subroutines.Hardware drivers directly manipulate the underlying hardware and provide a range of interface function to the upper.Master procedures and function subroutines are the core,which call the interrupt function to operate the hardware.The former's features are to control of ECG module, connect to external memory and initialize the port and display.The latter's features are to collect data, process digital signal,display and storage of ECG and heart rate.The difficult problem is the QRS detection algorithm.This paper presents a dual-variable threshold method and the sliding time window that enhance the R-wave identification,then uses of a sliding average to calculate heart rate in order to improve the accuracy of heart rate.Finally,hardware and software are respectively debugged.A system can accurately and efficiently identify large signal, small signal, peak mutation signal in ECG.
