Powertrian is one of the most important vibration and noise source of automobile. Proper design of the engine mounting system can improve the riding comfort as well as the service life of engine and other components.In this paper, the mounting system of Lifan diesel car has been more comprehensive technical studied. A dynamics mode with 6 DOFs of the mounting system is established and its simulation mode is also established by MSC/ADAMS. The main design parameters for the engine mounting system such as the mass, the location of mass center and the moment of inertia of the powertrian were got as input parameters of ADAMS model by experiments, Energy theory are used for the stiffness visual optimization design of the mounting system, and the vibration characteristics of the optimized mounting system was simulated and the best mount matching program was received.According to the structure of the typical hydraulic mounting engine (HEM), the physical model of it has been established. Based on the analysis of physical model of hydraulic mounting engine, the mathematical model of HEM has been obtained, and the simulation computation model has been established by using Matlab/Simulink simulation toolbox. and then, the dynamic characteristics of HEM got simulated within 0-30Hz low-frequency range. To verify the mathematical model and simulation results, the dynamic stiffness and the phase angle of HEM were studied on five sets of HEM designed and manufactured by the researcher. The factors affecting the value of dynamic stiffness has been found out through data processing analysis, then the simulation model has been amended. The experimental curve basically fits the simulation curve improved that the mathematical model and simulation model are correct.The work in system optimization, product development and isolation research of mounting system has a certain value both in theory and practical application.
