As the energy crisis and environmental pollution caused by the global large-scaleconventional energy consumption, green renewable energy generation is attracted bynational goverments. In the green renewable energys,because of its clean,distribution ingeneral and large storage,solar energy has became a hotspot in the world. In recent years,the advances of solar power generation technology have made large-scale PV power station tohave the value of being promoted. Photovoltaic inverter is an important device forphotovoltaic power generation system,its topology and control algorithm have becomed aresearch hotspot in photovoltaic applications area. In this context,the solar PV power systemis deeply researched in this paper.On this basis,the 1KW single-phase photovoltaic Inverterbased on TMS320LF2407A is designed. The main technical content are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of in analyzing the existing photovoltaic inverter topology,anon-transformer insulation and two-level topology is proposed; in which the principles ofBoost circuit and full-bridge circuit are described.Secondly,the model of solar photovoltaic cells and its output characteristics in differentlight and temperature are analyzed,and then the need of tracking maximum power point ispointed out. On the basis of analyzing and comparing several commonly used maximumpower tracking algorithms,the MPPT control scheme is proposed in this paper -Incremental conductance method with variable step,and the algorithm is also simulated.Simulation results show that the control algorithm can track the solar photovoltaic cellmaximum power point effectively.Thirdly,the photovoltaic inverter principle and common control strategy is researched,and the voltage and current double closed-loop SPWM and deadbeat invert algorithms areanalyzed and simulated. On this basis,the strategy of PLL and the strategy of deadbeatcontrol based on voltage closed-loop compensation is proposed in this paper.Fourthly,in the analysis and research above,the 1KW experimental prototype isbuiled,also the main circuit system and the hardware control software system are analyzeddetaily.The prototype is tested and the results show that the system achieved the goal in thispaper. The research in the paper has made a solid industrial foundation for the development ofphotovoltaic inverter prototyp.
