Material shrinkage and creep have significant influence on deformation and internal force of the continuous rigid frame bridge.Construction of a continuous rigid frame bridge used by the cast-in-place cantilever method, then segments of the same pier have different load age and load size, which makes the calculation of shrinkage and creep is more complicated. Especially when there are different construction progress between the different pier, then the shrinkage and creep should be considered very carefully. How to deal with influence of shrinkage and creep is a more important technical issues,handled improperly will result in the difference between actural state and expected state. In the cantilever construction of the long-span PC continuous rigid-frame bridge, construction control has become one necessary part of all.Obviously, the correct calculation of the various construction phases of the bridge deflection is the foundation of realizing the construction control.This paper will explain detailedly the concrete shrinkage and creep mechanism,the effect factors,the calculation theories with methods, establishing the computer module of construction supervision on the basic of the construction of hanjiang bridge, the affection of the diffrent construction progress of different pier on the construction control is analyzed. Particularly, the results had been applied on the construction control of hanjiang Bridge and have the great value to the other similar bridge type.
