| Warm Mix Asphalt (WMA) is a new kind of asphalt mixture. As a kind of paving material, it not only has low production and construction temperature, but also has little smoke pollution. WMA used in the pavement engineering can effectively solve the problem of high emissions and high energy consumption come from construction and production of hot mix asphalt, and it can also obviously improve the construction environment of the tunnel pavement. At the same time, the lower mixing temperature and compacting temperature of WMA has significantly promote the project quality and construction in the cold moisture environment of tunnel.According to the characteristic of tunnel pavement, this paper studyed the mix design methods of different types of WMA and the water stability, high temperature performance and low temperature stability of WMA mixed with different warm mix additives and mix designs, and compared the road performance of WMA mixed with flame retardant agent. The results show that the WMA could fully meet the requirement of road performance of tunnel pavement. In the end, we recommend the proper warm mix technology of tunnel pavement.Analysis of variance is used to analyze the affecting factors of KSH WMA based on the Marshall experiment.We recommend the control condition of the experiment,and we also study on the performance of KSH WMA.Further more, the paper analyze the economic effectiveness of WMA. |
