Blood glucose non-invasive measurement has great practical significance. Diabetes is a worldwide disease. Its number is very big and its growth rate is very fast. At present there is no method to definitive cure diabetes and it is the best method of decreasing or reducing diabetes complications to adjust dosage or inject insulin according to test results of blood glucose concentration. Conventional measuring method is to measure blood glucose concentration by draw venous blood frequently. The diabetic patients have to bear pain and inconvenience by this method. Therefore in order to release patient from their suffering, it is in urgent need to develop a kind of convenient, sensitive, accurate and non-invasive blood glucose measure method to control blood glucose concentration tightly.Researches of blood glucose non-invasive measurement are carried out under this background. In recent years, the technology research has become an international advanced subject and there are all kinds of blood glucose non-invasive measurement methods. Among them method based on NIR spectroscopy analysis technique is the most promising blood glucose non-invasive measurement method. The main work of the paper shows as follows:1. It deeply comparative analyze advantage and disadvantage of three kinds of non-invasive blood glucose measurement methods and point out the advantage of NIR blood glucose non-invasive method. From the perspective of project feasibility it is demonstrated that NIR non-invasive detector suitable for hospital and family can be realized with improving of instrument technological level, measure method and measure algorithm.2. In the theory, the paper mainly analyzes basic theory of NIR blood glucose non-invasive measurement and dynamic spectroscopy method that can improve precision of NIR blood glucose measurement in vitro. Through discussing basic theory (especially study on modeling methods aiming at spectral data of the project) and introducing dynamic spectroscopy method, it provides theoretical support for implementing the whole system.3. From the perspective of optical system, NIR blood glucose non-invasive measuring instrument belongs to special NIR spectroscopy instrument, therefore the paper determines scheme of LED arrays spectrometer by splitting in time domain method through comparing basic composition of four kinds of NIR spectroscopy instrument and based on requirement of the system.4. Based on scheme of NIR blood glucose non-invasive measuring instrument, the optical system of the instrument is built and signal acquisition function module is implemented in hardware system; the signal is further processed and the functions including instrument interface displaying visually, mathematics model building, waveform of pulse wave and information of absorbance displaying, information of blood glucose concentration, preservation and printing etc. are implemented.In the end, a summary of all the work done in this paper is given, so is the direction for the future researches.
