The inductively coupled power transfer (ICPT) technology has received extensive application and research as a new type power transfer technology. Since in the traditional ICPT system, low power density, low efficiency, low input power factor, complicated control and high cost limited the promotion and application of ICPT technology to a large extent. Based on the national natural science foundation and the analysis of the deficiency of the traditional AC-AC type ICPT system, this does research on the strategy of the energy-injected AC-AC type ICPT system. The research result shows that it has a lot of theory meaning and actual value.This paper firstly analyzes the circuit structure, primary and secondary circuit working principle of the AC-AC type ICPT system which based on energy injection, and establishes the steady model of the system output voltage and input.Then since controlling system output voltage frequency as same as the input voltage frequency, investigate the resonant current peak value of the input voltage round the zero point, its goal is to analyze the surge problem of the resonant network current when the input voltage round the zero point; based on the peak value analyze method of the resonant capacitance voltage and reference voltage signal synchronization method, propose the positive-negative switching control strategy of the output voltage, and compare the two control strategy; through the influence of the energy injection duty cycle does on the primary circuit resonant network current, analyze the output steady-voltage control strategy based on the energy injection control.Based on the SIMULINK simulation platform to model and simulate on the system. Since the control system output voltage and the input voltage frequency is the same, analyze and compare the two control strategy based on the peak value analyze method of the resonant capacitance voltage and reference voltage signal synchronization method; toward the problem of output steady voltage control, simulate the steady voltage control strategy based on the injected-energy control when the system input voltage is different and the load changes.Finally, the experimental device is designed according to the theory research and simulation results, expatiate on the choices of system hardware and the design of the control circuit. The experimental results verify the correctness of the theory and the simulation analysis.
