This paper research is funded by the State Natural Sciences Foundation Monumental Projects of 2007:"new high-performance transmission parts and system reliability design theory and method"(50735008).In order to overcome disadvantages harmonic reducer, RV reducer satisfy the requirements of reducer in space environment, such as high accuracy, high reliability, big torque, low power loss, small volume, light weight and so on. the state key lab of mechanical transmission of Chongqing university Professor Wang Jiaxu invent the new filtering transmission mechanism (Patent Number: CN1699793),by studying the thermal behaviors of its'key transmission unit. The Specific research work in this papeare summarized as follows:â‘ By analyzing the structure of filter transmission mechanism and transmission theory to calculate the size parameters, using 3D CAD software Pro/E to precise modeling and assembly filter transmission mechanism 3D solid modeling, then analyses the interference problems of the new type of filtering transmission mechanism, Analysis result showed that the interference is small and within the manufacturing error, can be considered part of non-interference.â‘¡Using Automatic Dynamic Analysis Mechanical System to set up the Virtual Prototype model of the new filtering transmission mechanism.Simulation with Virtual Prototype then reach conclusion motion picture with time,force diagram,time and frequency domain diagram of each parts and components.Analysis the new filter transmission parts of its internal and external factors affect the dynamic performance, Stiffness changes less influence on the system vibration, while increasing meshing damping can reduce the system vibration, and a suitable damping value can be increased to improve system stability and reliability.â‘¢Using the theoretical analysis and programming calculated,to analyze the new filtering transmission mechanism meshing tooth surface heat input friction,then analyses the impact of change the speed and load on friction heat,Analysis result showed that defined load changes had a greater impact than the speed change on the friction heat flow of gear tooth meshing area.â‘£Comprehensive use of heat transfer, tribology, Blok gear meshing theory and principles of finite element thermal analysis to determine analyses boundary conditions, loading parameters, useing ANSYS software to calculate, and then systematically analyzed the gear bulk temperature distribution. by changing the transmission parameter ,compared the steady-state conditions gear bulk temperature of the new filter filtering transmission mechanism, Finally get the meshing gear tooth surface of the central near the highest temperature, while the lowest temperature in the tooth tip, along the radial direction ,the closer gear center, the more obvious changes in temperature.
