The digital generator is called mobile power, since it is flexible, convenient and stable, it is widely used as the emergency AC power. Especially when the power circuit can not be used normally under the situation where the ice disaster, water disaster and the earthquake happens, the digital generator can be used as the standby device which can supply power for the communication system, medical appliance and other important device, thus it can guarantee the normal working of the communication and medical appliance. Presently, the market of national digital generator has been occupied by the oversea digital generator company, thus to do some research on the digital generator control power which has the independence-knowledge-property right not only have a lot of theory meaning, and also have the high program application value.The digital generator control power mainly contains two parts, the former is rectifier part, its main function is to convert the three-phase voltage-transform frequency-transform AC power which is output through the medium-frequency generator to the DC power; the later is inverter section, its function is to convert the DC power which is supplied by the former rectifier part to the single-phase AC power the user needed. This paper designs a inverter power of the digital generator according to the specify requirement of the digital generator, it mainly contains the following aspects:(1) Expatiate on the research background and actual meaning, introduce the characteristics of the digital generator and the domestic and international development status, and generalize the main research content.(2) )The main circuit topology of the inverter power of the digital generator is determined, and the mathematical model of the single-phase full-bridge inverter is established, Three kinds of SPWM modulation mode is analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages are compared, also the single-pole double-frequency SPWM control mode is determined.(3)The quality and dynamic performance of the output voltage wave is the two most important performance guide of the inverter. This paper is based on the research of the three control scheme which can improve the quality of the inverter power output wave, determined the control scheme which use the duplicate control as the voltage out loop control strategy. Based on the advantage of the voltage-current double-loop control, add a inductance current inner loop on the voltage single loop control to improve the dynamic performance of the inverter system.(4) The basic principle and structure of the duplicate control is described, and the duplicate control stability and the steady-state error and other performance target is analyzed, also the method of how to design the compensate device of the duplicate controller is introduced, and how to design the specific parameters of the duplicate controller is completed.(5)The software and hardware design of the whole inverter power system is completed. The software design contains: the completion of the SPWM wave in DSP; the software design of the control arithmetic. The hardware design contains: the choose of the IPM block and the design of the driving protecting circuit; the design of the sampling circuit and signal modulating circuit; the design of LC parameters of the output filter.(6) An experimental prototype of the inverter is developed, and the experimental analysis of the prototype is completed, and the ideal waveform is obtained. The experimental results verifies the correctness and feasibility of the design program.
