This paper bases on expert system's fundamental theory, and adopts the data of Reverse Engineering. In this paper the mould design of wheel rim is efficiently combined with expert system, and at the same time, the wheel mould expert system is developed. Wheel model expert system main research model design that bases on expert knowledge. Firstly, the paper studies the available technologies, and chooses the reasonable development tools, language, database technology and so on, and uses the idea of system integration, the framework of expert system for model is designed. Secondly, knowledge base and reasoning machine are the priority research of experts system, analyzing the representation of knowledge and the using of knowledge, researching in reasoning method and reasoning direction, completing the design of system's knowledge base and reasoning machine. Thirdly, the molding of wheel rim and the design principle of the specific processes are considered. Lastly, the system will be concrete realization, completing rim mould design, outputting rim mould drawing, choosing spoke mould and maintaining function and so on.According to the principle of the system of expert system constructs the whole framework and function modules. Development of the system will adopt Visual Studio 2008.NET. C# as programming language, graphic platform will adopt Solid Works2009 and AutoCAD2010, database platform will adopt SQL Server 2005, and database access technology will adopt ADO.NET. This paper will be use object-oriented program design method; object-oriented programming language can directly reflect the original problem domain's true features, software developers can use for human beings to recognize that uses generally thought method for software development.This paper studies the used knowledge representation, application of knowledge, knowledge acquisition modes and repository key technology, and they will be described. According to the specific situation through analysis, the system of knowledge representation method adopts the product rule, basing on the knowledge of the shallow depth-using reasoning, artificial acquiring knowledge of the system design knowledge, and picking up part of the of the expert knowledge. In this paper we design the knowledge of operation class; it is convenient for users to operate the knowledge base. The design of knowledge base system meets the system's needs.The key technology researches of reasoning machine are: reasoning method and reasoning direction. According to the actual project, wheel mould expert system adopts precise positive reasoning, completing of the reasoning machine design, describing the reasoning process in detail. Reasoning process is in accordance with expert knowledge, calculation and reasoning in the process of rim design complete automatically, finally, the rolling process and mould figure of rim will produce.Rim shape process design can be divided into two sections: subsection of deformation and deformation of deformation and constant principles for design. Wheel rims rolling die design should follow following principles: a rolling set center, a second rolling set for shape , a third rolling set for size. This paper analyzes deformation during three times rolling, correctly choosing the working part of upper and lower mould's size and shape ensure the design accuracy. Taking the 15°planimetric rim for example, this paper specifically analyses the principle of piecewise constant volume deformation, selecting the rim of specific deformation section.This paper adopts the system integration to realize the particular design of wheel mould of expert system. Wheels of expert system specific implementation in the rapid design, it can improve the efficiency of the steel wheel mould design and manufacture, it can ensure wheel mould design and manufacture quality, it can improve the company's technical ability, it can provide benefit for the healthy development of the company. |
