| China's shipbuilding industry has experienced 31 years of development since the reform and opening up, the China has now become the world's third largest shipbuilding country, the output number of the Shipbuilding increased year after year, the demand for marine diesel engine is also on the rise . With widely use of three dimensional CAD software, like Pro/ENGINEER,UG, CATIA, SolidWorks and so on, Collaborative design, manufacturing and management are the inevitable trend of manufacturing development of machine tool. How to design machine tool rapidly with high quality and low lost is the goal of this paper. So, collaborative design is applied in the process of marine diesel engine design. Marine Diesel Engine for Digital Design Collaborative research is focused on in this paper. The main contents and contributions of the paper are summarized as follows:Marine diesel engine co-design and conflict management skills are studied. The collaborative design system architecture and the function of the system co-design module and the key technology are introduced, analyses and simulates Collaborative design in the definition of conflict and classification, then analysis the relevance of conflict resolution technologies, Finally, the marine diesel engine co-design system of conflict resolution processes function is proposed.Marine Diesel Collaborative technology of workflow is studied. The basic principles of workflow are introduced, the Marine diesel design task - resource Management is decomposed by the means which combine function decomposition and structure decomposition, Finally, Marine diesel engine co-design workflow and The layered and recursive task decomposition model is proposed, concrete method for carrying out task management is set up.Pro / E parts of the rapid design parameters are studied. The main parameters introduce the concept of design and how to use Pro / TOOLKIT development of user interface, and an emphasis on the Pro / E parts in three-dimensional model of the rapid design parameters, and use Pro / TOOLKIT technology and MFC to develop technology to achieve rapid design parts. Based on the above research, the digital design prototype system of WEB-based coordination of marine diesel engine is set up, through a typical example of the operation of diesel engine link, the validity of the key technology proposed in the paper is validated. |
