Electric energy as the stronger power for promoting the development of the industry, its development has become the world's most important event. Current, power system stability control problem has made many breakthroughs, such as the application of Flexible AC Transmission System. The starting point of this text is the deep research about SVG what is the important component members of the system. About the problem of reactive power compensation study has lasted for a long history, but previous design of reactive power compensation device only confine to the basic idea of a set point model linearization, so the controller difficult to achieve the requirements of the performance. In recent years, due to the strong superiority of the generalized Hamiltonian system on the nonlinear control systems, therefore more and more attention by the power workers, and has made a lot of achievements.In this study process, we analyzed the basic structure and working principle of SVG, according to the equivalent circuit and steady state vector figure of SVG gives its steady-state model. In the qualitative analysis, according to the electromagnetic power generator deduced the mathematic model of the one-machine infinite-bus power system with SVG. To the one-load infinite-bus power system with SVG, considering the load mainly composed by induction motor, so starting analysis from load - induction motor connecting at infinity system。Discusses and gives the system reactive - voltage curve before and after installing SVG. Compared and summarized the tremendous role of SVG to improve single load voltage static stability -infinite system and its mathematical model.Applying Hamilton general system theory to the single SVG infinite system including SVG and single load - infinite system containing SVG, and let the above model into a generalized Hamilton system. Hamilton in the L2 interference rejection problem system are described, and design a L2 interference suppression controller of single load - contains SVG infinite system. To test this controller to meet the requirements of performance, applying PSASP simulation software of digital simulation, results show that under the condition of different load in the control performance is fine.Give the H∞control method of Hamilton system on account of nonlinear robust control problems of it. Made the necessary processing on the system model in the single - contains SVG infinite power system application. Firstly, give the system augmentation model and the generalized .Hamilton system realizes the model, design system's robust controller based on this. Similarly carry on the digital simulation, and finally indicate that this robust controller performance is good.
