| The rich areas of the natural gas storages mostly concentrate in the sea and west of China. It is necessary to take the pipes as the main form to send the natural gas from the seal or western areas to the eastern costal. At present, it is only a beginning of natural gas exploitation. Compressor is a necessary equipment of natural gas transportation.Natural gas compressor packaged technology has been developed later than overseas. Most of natural gas compressor packages were imported from external country. Study packaged technology of natural gas compressor can develop our production and occupy part of area of natural gas compressor package industry.The paper described the design of natural gas compressor package in detail base on the engineering experience and research of inland and overseas.Firstly, mechanical design was described in detail, and the design of main equipments was explain through examples. Some problems which were very important had been analyzed.Secondly, general and piping design was described in detail. The design which had been used to avoid vibration was described emphasized, and import solution of important problems.Finally,to link up theory with practice. Take the JZ25-1S project as the engineering example, designed the structure of compressor package, include disposal of beams. Important points were analyzed. |
