The technology of removing the low concentration carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is essential for the life sustain in the area of manned aircraft, submarine, working at the borehole pump and so on. The application of molecule sieve on the removal of carbon dioxide is particularly preferred to the manned aircraft due to its stable adsorbing ability and safty.This article will focus on the adsorbing ability of carbon dioxide for some different molecule sieves. Technical parameters of removing low concentration carbon dioxide was mensurated using best 13X molecule sieve.the result was gas ratio speed 2000 h-1,effective adsorp time 18 min.Aptimized technical condition for adsorption and regeneration of these molecule sieves was advanced,that was desorption temperature 130℃, desorption time 18 min,best heating power 0.15kW/L, cold blowing time 8~9 min. According to the experimental results, conceptional design of the molecule sieve was carried up which is especially applicable to the manned aircraft. The carbon dioxide adsorbing device designed by this article use 5 molecule sieves beds to adsorb carbon dioxide, the saturaed beds were regenered by microwave heating and vacuumize. This cycled operations realize continues removal of carbon oxide. The device can support up to 20 astronauts working inside the space station simultaneously, and can keep the CO2 concentration 0.3%. The volume of apparatus is about 1600mm×900mm×1000mm, with consumed power about 30kW.Technical basis will be supplied for the application of the molecule sieve on the removing of carbon dioxide in the airspace.
