| Electric cars have become the research hotspot around the world and will become one of those important means of transportation in the 21st century for its great advantages in energy saving and environmental protection. Motor drive system is the heart of electric vehicles, but also one of the key technologies in the development of electric vehicles, which directly determines the performance of electric vehicles. With the increasing improvement of motor speed control system and continuous improvement of control algorithms and associated hardware, since 1990's, brushless DC motor has gradually become the first choice of electric vehicle industryThis thesis focuses on analysis of hardware structure and software algorithms of micro-electric vehicle drive, and on this basis, optimizes software algorithms to achieve variable parameter PI algorithm and algorithm for new energy braking.The core chip of the drive is TMS320LF2406 chips, and power switching device is the pressure proof MOSFET switch. Hardware design not only meets the physical drives for electric vehicles, but also ensures the hardware protection of electric vehicles in exceptional cases. In the third chapter, briefly describes the DSP's general input and output port, ADC, interrupt, event manager and other functions module and associated peripheral hardware circuit and driver circuit. Software design not only achieves torque and speed control of DC motor, but also completes the the soft-start, PI speed control, positive inversion, parking, over-current and under-voltage protection and other basic functions combined with the functional requirements of micro-electric vehicles.Based on the actual operation of electric vehicles, this paper concludes with algorithm of varying parameters PI and algorithm of new energy feedback braking to achieve the stability of variable speed and green brake of electric vehicles... |
