Because of different demands of buildings, a type of air handling unit could not meet all the requirements of users. If so, the design must be unreasonable economically. Recently, more and more companies try to develop the combined air handling unit which can be defined by different of models. Use reasonable models to deal with air by the requirement of buildings. However, air handling unit conclude many parts for variety of process, if you intend to calculate manually or experimentally, it must be unimaginable. Therefore, develop digital platforms to design and analysis models. My attention is paid on following aspects.Firstly, three differents models to calculate air heat exchange are analyzed. Research influence factors, structure character and linearity feature. Meanwhile, develop experiment to compare errors between three models. The results prove that Lin.G.G model couldn't be used to calculate huge air fin-tube heat exchanger. And J model's error is the smallest.Secondly, the mathematical models of fin-tube.heat exchanger are established both on design and simulation. On the basis, appropriate and effective algorithms are devised to solve the models in order to design the structural parameters of heat exchanger. Furthermore, three reasonable models is analyzed to simulate the performance, such as Lumped parameter model, distributed parameter models and sub-row lumped parameter model. Design experiment to validate the errors of different models. Both on the accuracy and trends, three models match the experiment data well. Especially, the errors of sub-row lumped parameter model is the smallest, with the average less than 7 percent.Thirdly, research simple mathematical models and give selection suggestions for other models, such as mixing part, washer, humidification section, Dehumidification section, filter, fan and so on. Develop simple mathematical models to analyze the performance and design. If models are so complex that it is difficult to make, I give regulations and databases to instruct how to choose the most reasonable ones.Fourthly, develop the box of air handling unit models. The box is important part of AHU, which Isolates heat transfer between air indoor and air outdoor. Designing box consider the condensation problem most, because if it happens that box material subject to corrosion. To avoid this problem, develop model to calculate the wall temperature quickly and compare with dew point. At last, four main factors are discussed and give suggestion to improve the wall temperature to avoid condensation.Fifth, develop software for design and simulation of air handling unit. Basing on mathematical models, design software. That is inferface well, calculation speed fast and convenient.
