First, in this article, the permanent magnet brushless DC motor is studied to analyze the motor's basic working principle and structure characteristics, the establishment of a mathematical model of the motor and permanent magnet brushless DC motor based linear actuators in applications performance requirements and work characteristics, with the establishment of the position loop, velocity loop and current loop position control system.Second, because of the permanent magnet brushless DC motor without the conversion device, and the existence of feet in motion the process of resistance caused by slot effect and the electromagnetic thrust fluctuation and static friction, viscous friction and a variety of disturbances such as the load thrust force characteristics of the disturbance.The disturbance is analyzed and divided into the measurement error disturbance and the load disturbance. According to the characteristics of the two disturbances, the disturbance observer is designed in the current loop to improve the control precision.Finally, based on simulation module and the existing method of combining software programming, the motor position control system simulation model is established. The simulation results show the robustness of the system is improved and enhanced the anti-disturbance, the control accuracy has improved significantly.
