The high speed tap transport device we designed is the key equipment of the Lanzhou heavy ion accelerator, which is memory, observation, detection of heavy ions and different from the traditional stretching force control machine and general CNC system. traditional tension control system controls more slowly, we are high-speed control (the fastest up 10m/s). the quality of material used in winding in conventional tension control systems is greater than our magnetic tape and more toughness than ours. Therefore, traditional stretching force control system and general CNC system isn't fit for the project because of its special nature of the process control.we must redesign the program in line with the requirements of re-engineering applications and functions.Through the research based on Fuzzy control and stretching force control system theoretical research and using principle of dynamics,we are using PC and Motion Control Card to control the servo motor speed and quick start-stop,carries on the debugging to the equipment,achieve high-speed conveyor equipment for the high-speed,high-precision control. To achieve such performance requirements, We use the industry camera to take video recording with equipment when it is on working and the imagery processing to the edge image, finally synthesizes each kind of reason to determine that the equipment takes along the time.the The main work is summarized as follows:(1) The mathematical models of different parts of the high speed tap transport device are analyzed and constructed, including the models of winding radii, tension engender and kinetics. The characteristic of winding system is analyzed and the essential of tension control is pointed out.(2) Through the detail analysis about the multianalysis machinery various movements part movement and the characteristic of thin belt high speed movement, and according to the craft special request, using fuzzy PID control principle, designing tensity servocontrol system, programming practical application procedure, to enhance the speed of high speed heavy ion survey belt equipment to the speed we need, at the same time, the good realization has been done with high speed stops, takes along between the servo -motors of drug,takes in and puts away the belt for coordination normal operation, with avoiding the waste of frequently breaking and the belt engine off (nuclear beam flux have high expense every minute, after starting experiment requests continuous running engine off) and the trouble of putting on the belt brought to the experiment, what's more,it takes to provide powerful platform for the survey of shorter decay cycle heavy ion.(3) According to actual situation, selecting industry camera to take Video recording with equipment when it is on working and the imagery processing to the edge image, finally synthesizes each kind of reason to determine that the equipment takes along the time.On the basis of study results above and related theories, we debug the hardware and software, which achieved the expected results.
