Wind power generation technology as a new energy technology has preliminarily mature in recent years in China. The article analysis the basic knowledge of the wind technology at home and abroad and introduced t theory of GeLao ward vortex. Appling the Dc magnetic field generated by the simulation through the leaves after drafting draw the relationship of the vortex induced speed and magnetic field intensity, and the relationship between the corresponding relationship.The artcle applied on average wind speed and flow wind speed superposition component model. In this model, the average wind speed unchanged in certain time scale, and the change of wind are given by turbulence components. The average speed of atmospheric flow field fits well with Weibull Weibull distribution function.turbulence component through the reseach of stochastic process basic theory research and application of fixed Karman function to describe the nature distribution of wind. On the comparison of several existing wind model, Puts up and designed a kind of regression theory based on the wind model and slove the regression coefficient regression by the theory of wind Yule-lead author equation of the respective from regression model, and then can calculate the wind model expression. Through comparing the actual wind velocity model and the simulation results can draw the conclution that the wind model is correct. The study used rotor torque output wind maths model in the way of analysis of the blades of wind rotor torque modeling simulation calculation model, to determine the power output.In the wind, because of the influence of wind, the wind of the wind generator located in the direction of the wind is bigger than that.located in under the direction of the wind. Jensen model simulate the flow condition of uneven terrain well. And Lissaman model for each stage of fan changes position can better simulate lossy non-uniform wind field. Due to the effect of flow between units in a certain direction and the difference of the upstream and downstream of wind simulated wind speed of the downstream. Anysis the effect of the shade area of the wind turbines to downstream from upstream of the projection of wind turbines.finally, two of the distance and the ratio of rotor radius, each stage of fan parameters such as the height of different wind speed of the downstream.and proved the validity of the model through the example analysis of downstream from the upper wind wind effects on the distance and wind power output in the ideal situation.
