With the development of economy and the rise of the logistics, the scope of diesel's use was increasingly more and more with its unique features. Since condensation of diesel and the climate characteristics in China, high-grade diesel fuel can not work properly in the winter, especially in northern Xinjiang. In order to save costs and improve the economy and dynamic of diesel engines, this research focused on fuel conversion equipment which can make this heavy-duty diesel vehicle to use high-grade diesel fuel in the winter.Based on functional requirements and design purposes and combined with the valve at the present stage of industrial development, this research achieved the overall structural design of the valve by studying the theoretical basis of control valve and expanding design and calculation of control valve. Structural modeling will be completed based on UG4.0. In which make primary changes and the virtual machine assembly. Then according to the workbench module of ANASYS, the corresponding finite element method on key components was made. The results will feedback to the structural design and do functional check. Finally, based on data analysis, manufacturing prototypes and pilot would be made. Thus the development and quantification of the production equipment will be completed.Understanding of research methods to improve product development and in-depth study and application of UG4.0 and the workbench software of ANASYS, rapid product of fuel conversion equipment will be produced. The research capabilities of mine will be improved at the same time.
