| The construction and regulation character of BBD4060 double feed and supply steel-ball mill in Laicheng power plant is described and some problems exposed in coal-grinding during operation is analyzed, while solutions to the problems are also presented. BBD Mill is widely used in the power station as a power set.lt has a lot of strengths: Low energy consume, high working efficiency, suiting all kinds of coal and conditions. The performance of BBD mill has a very complicated relation with its structure and the material, hardly be obtained by general theory equation, empirical equation or regression analysis.This type of mill has many advantages such as wide adaptability of coal, high level of automation, reliable operation and high efficient coal-grinding system.
