Accurately establishing the operating parameters grant value in the thermodynamic system of power plant is considered as the basis and prerequisite in power plant economic analysis. As the core of Power Generator Units thermodynamic system, regenerative system performance impacts the economy of the entire unit directly. The terminal temperature difference of heating apparatus is regarded as one important criterion to measure the heater performance; its value has great influence to the economic of the unit. The paper studies the grant value calculation method of terminal temperature difference of heating apparatus and condenser vacuum under different working conditions. The relationship between the heat transfer coefficient and electrical load was arrived through the calculation of terminal temperature difference of heating apparatus basing on rated operating condition, so that the approach of the heat transfer coefficient in off-design condition is more convenience, and then the terminal temperature difference grant value of each style heating apparatus for each condition is calculated. The study provides a theoretical basis for Economic analysis of the power plant, may have some significance.
