China's building energy consumption is about all kinds of energy consumption ranks first in the country, and showed increasing trend of building for energy analysis and energy-saving research has practical significance.In this paper, a new type of wall materials - pumice insulation brick as the research object, the test bed has set up for the thermal test, has been such a wall material thermal conductivity coefficient; the use of building energy simulation software DeST-h of cold regions to conduct an ordinary residential building energy consumption analysis, simulation analysis of different wall respectively, outside the windows, and ventilation frequency and other factors impact on building energy consumption; on this basis, six kinds of pumice as the main insulation brick wall structure is selected, the different simulation of building energy consumption situation according to the《residential building energy efficiency design standards》(DB13 (J) 63-2007) standard, compared to get to meet the standards for building energy-saving wall structure; and economics of these walls are analyzed and compared.
