| PMSM (Permanent magnet synchronous motor) with its high torque, high power factor, low-loss and power density characteristics, become the best executive body in the aerospace, machine tools, robots, electric cars and other high-tech fields. Meanwhile, with the development of the high-speed digital signal processor chip, advanced motor control theory such as vector control and intelligent control algorithm, the complex high-precision PASS (PMSM AC servo system) has been designed. The paper find a set of PASS designing based on intelligent control by studying artificial neural network control of the application of PASS and related technologies.PMSM'field oriented decoupling model in dqO coordinates has been set up according to the theory of the motor principle and coordinate transformation. Using the rotor oriented vector control method id=0 to achieve the decoupling of the motor, using PI control to achieve the regulation of the current and speed, design the current inner regulator and speed outer regulator to convertor the torque,flux and speed to the reference voltage signal. Research on the SVPWM (Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation) technique, implemented SVPWM drive signals to control the inverter.Online identification identifier based on BP NN has been signed when the ANN control theory used in servo motor parameters on-line identification, tracking, and adaptive of flux and speed controller. And performance improvements were analyzed in the neural network controller of PASS.U.S. company TI'digital signal processor TMS320F2812, dedicated for motor control, is chosen as the control core. Intelligent power modules Infineon FP15R12YT3 is used as the main circuit power module, plus a variety of signal conditioning circuits, protection circuits, switching power supply circuits and communication interfaces, with which vector control hardware platform of the permanent magnet synchronous AC servo system is designed. In software design, combined with the TMS320F2812 software programming characteristics and software platform CCS3.3, the system control software is designed, Including the organization for the software, the use for DSP controller resources, the selection for variable data formats as well as the concrete realization for main modules.PMSM servo control system simulation model was established by MATLAB/SIMULINK, Which include coordinate transformations, PI regulator and SVPWM simulation module. At last we finished simulation experiments. And get the current, speed, electromagnetic torque waveform which verifies the accuracy of the PASS. |
