However, with the development of highway and the increase in traffic flow, the appropriate highway traffic congestion, traffic safety and environmental pollution issues have been manifested. On the current situation in view of the operation of China's highway, there have been many new problems that need urgent solution: The majority of highway traffic attenuation; Highway system lacked scientific management; A variety of different types of vehicles traveling at different speed mixed,which lead to instability and a reduced ability to traffic; traffic of individual sections of a large number of highway traffic congestion occurs, while other sections are still large room for traffic capacity,etc.So, these phenomena led to high-speed road network in the whole building rather than the state or the perennial congestion. To address these issues, an urgent need to establish a method for scientific analysis and evaluation of operational status of China's highway adapt. The analytical methods for the highway operation and management sector analysis, management, decision-making basis and method;this analysis means to enhance the operational management of highway; further improve the highway service levels and operational quality, and give full play to the benefits of highway.In this paper, the status quo in China's highways, for highway road network operational status evaluation and analysis of important issues have been studied by operational status from a dynamic comprehensive evaluation of Automatic Incident Detection two aspects.1. Dynamic comprehensive evaluation of operational status. First of all highway traffic to run China'to analyze the current situation. Automatic Incident Detection. In the study of traffic incident detection algorithm based on the classic on DS-ANN algorithm in-depth study.First, the existing auto-detection algorithm to classify traffic, the classic analysis of automatic detection algorithm. And propose a new algorithm for DS-ANN algorithm, Image processing method. Then, the proposed detection algorithm evaluation: IR and FIR, MTTI of three indicators; the paper is applied to the detection algorithm, validity analysis, which is presented the advantages of DS-ANN algorithm.In the research and analysis of the paper, highway for the traffic conditions is our general situation.Using DS-ANN algorithm and image processing method,which can improve the accuracy of test results, has a certain practical significance. |
