Automobile Electric Hydraulic Power Steering system can effectively improve vehicle safety and stability by the obvious advantages and has a good application value. Electric Hydraulic Power Steering system uses motor directly to drive hydraulic pump for providing the impetus, and the electronic control unit calculate and control of anti-force size according real-time operational status of the vehicle and the driver's steering operation to provide the appropriate assistance .So it ensure the car a good portability when cornering at low speed and a better stability when cornering at high speeds. The thesis based on multi-body system dynamics theory and principles of microcomputer. By mechanical dynamics simulation software (ADAMS) and CATIA to establish suspension and steering system dynamics model of a virtual prototype to carry out shift simulation. We systematic analysis of Electronically Controlled Hydraulic Power Steering system characteristic form, and analyzed to determine the characteristics of the general process of help for the research to provide a sense of portability with the way the method. We development a microcomputer control circuit, through the PROTEUS and KEIL-C51 co-simulation to prove the effectiveness of control circuits and procedures combining with the establishment of a virtual prototype of dynamic model and achieved the basic EHPS assistance control. To EHPS system simulation based ADAMS, and the system imposed by PID control, a series of dynamic simulation test shows that this method is advantage for the study of Electric Hydraulic Power Steering system dynamics characteristics.
