Physical and mathematical models of the transport vehicle room are established in this paper. In this paper, a computational fluid dynamics software ANSYS is used. And k ?εturbulence model are adopted which combined with reasonable boundary conditions, the main contents include:①Refrigerated transport vehicle flow distribution under different air supply velocity;②Refrigerated transport vehicle flow distribution at different time. Refrigerated transport vehicle is designed with front air supply, air returning on both sides of vehicle. Fans blow the air to form a large two recirculation zone in the vehicle, thus reducing the temperature and uniformed temperature distribution. Different air velocity distributions impact air flow distribution so much. In the vehicle, when the air is at high velocity, the temperature will be even in the short term. But the there will be an additional influence of drying the food.Broccoli, lettuce, cabbage, kale, cole, carrot, cucumber, sweet pepper, bean, tomato-ten vegetables are tested in the road transport refrigeration simulation study. Experimental results show that, in the 96 hours of simulation experiments, the nutritional status of vegetables changes slightly, and the mechanical damage caused by vibrations will lead to later difficulties in transport and storage. And vegetables in every ten comparison tests group are tested to find the temperature, vibration and humidity do values and the impact on the quality of vegetables during transport process.
