Multi-fuction crane is the key equipment in the process of electrolytic aluminum production. The structure of the multifunction crane is very different from the ordinary crane that widely used in the industrial plants.There are more than horizontal driving car,and the asymmetrical arrangement, both sides of one end of the crane to set a number of horizontal guiding rollers.The loads of the multifunction crane are also different from the ordinary crane, useing very frequently. Therefore, to understand the load bearing mechanism for multi-function crane beam under the multi-fuction crane loading and it has certain use value.Therefore, this article mainly on the following:1.Base the FEM program ANSYS,extraction of different span, different brake structure of multi-function crane beams in load condition and load condition under the action of two of the most unfavorable section. Internal Reference for ordinary steel structure design codes of steel bridge cranes, crane beam design criteria for multifunctional steel crane beam strength and deflection system, etc, and the calculation of the multi-function crane steel beam system quantity evaluation.2. Base the FEM program ANSYS, consider different buckling load condition and different span spatial models, multi-function steel crane beam system capacity, elastic stability analysis of steel crane beam system, draw multi-function steel crane beam system linear elastic buckling load and the stage of instability mode.3. Base the FEM program ANSYS, consider different load condition and different span of space models, multi-function steel crane beam system in geometrical nonlinearity, material nonlinearity, initial geometric imperfection, under the influence of the residual stress, etc, the ultimate bearing capacity is analyzed. Draw multi-function steel crane beam system of crushing load and ultimately destroy form.
