| With the development of economy, subway construction has already become a common trend of urben development. Subway is a powerful means to raise urban image, develop urban economy and pass on regional culture. Meanwhile, public environment facility which is based on regional culture characteristics has been proposed as an important factor to beautify urban environment, improve the quality of life and represent human caring. To design a standardized, efficient and humanized public environment facilities system in subway space to meet the above requeirements is a pressing problem for us to solve. And the system should fully consider regional culture characters. The research mainly studied on the passive facilities in public environment of the No.2 line Xi'an Metro, and mainly explored deeper regional culture characters of the passive facilities in Xi'an subway space. In this research public environment facilities were designed artistically and integrated with subway space evironment. In this way the unique subway passive facilities with Xi'an culture characters were created, which provide theoretical support for the design of public environment facilities in subway space.In this dissertation there are altogether 6 chapters. The first chapter mainly includes research background, research objectives, research significance, methodology and current situation of the study both at home and abroad; The second chapter introduces the concept, category of public environment facilities and its design principles; In the third chapter the concept of subway space is introduced. And its different structures and features are analyzed. The effct of public environment facilities in subway space environment is stated. And also some examples in Europe, America, Asia and some other cities in China are taken to get different kinds of facilities in different regional culture; Chapter 4 includes the influence of regional culture on public environment facilities. In this chapter the concept, its relationship with environment facilities of regional culture and its positive and negative influences on our public environment facilities are analyzed to show the importance of regional culture to subway space environment, urban environment even the image of a nation; The fifth chapter introduces the general situation of the development in Xi'an city, and the culture representation of passive facilities in subway pulic environment. The design elements of passive facilities in public environment in Xi'an subway No.2 line have been summarized by using theories mentioned in those previous chapters. Problems of passive facilities in subway space environment and feasible design methods are also summarized in this chapter; Chapter 6 is the conclusion part which summarizes the main points in each chapter and expresses the findings of the research. This research puts a hope that subway space environment is more reasonable, more beautiful and more satisfactory by studing on Xi'an Metro public environment facilities. |
