Hydraulic technology with its significant advantages has been widely applied in engineering machinery field. The piston pump and piston motor are becoming more and more perfect. At the same time, the hydrostatic transmission device constituted of piston pump and piston motor has been widely applied in drive field. People not only pay attention to the performance of the hydrostatic transmission, but also its vibration and noise.In this thesis, the hydrostatic transmission device is designed on the basis of existing piston pumps and piston motor. Along with the rapid development of modern industry, people are increasingly demanding for product quality, especially for energy conservation, environmental protection, simple operation, low noise and vibration, and so on. In modern design of the products, you need to consider the structure influence of vibration products. Therefore, in this thesis, finite element method is applied to t analysis the modal of the hydraulic transmission device, and the vibration modal response of the structure. According to the results, judge the rationality of the structure.In this thesis, the research content will be introduced as following:1:According to the request, select variable piston pump and motor, design the shell of HST, and establish the3d assembly model of the cover, the shell and the screws.2:The shock excitation resources and excited frequency of the hydraulic pump were introduced first, then the vibration transmission routine and structural vibration response mechanism of the axial piston pump were analyzed.3:Import the assembly model into ANSYS software, simplify the assembly relations, ignore the details which influence the dynamic characteristics of modal less, analysis the modal of model, get natural frequency and vibration mode. And then optimize the model to reduce the vibration.4:To deeply understand the vibration condition of the shell, a transient dynamic analysis is applied for the shell. In this part, the force which apply on the model is analyzed. Vibration data of the key points on the shell is get from the result.5:In this thesis, the liquid channel used to connect the piston pump and the motor is designed. Steady simulate the general and optimal model by applying finite volume method and by visualizing computing analysis software. According to the variation of pressure and speed, optimize the model to reduce the pressure loss.
