The theoretical analysis was combined with the engineering technology in this dissertation and the dynamic characteristic of the revolving bodies with cushion was also studied by the theoretical and experimental analysis.The stress of cushion should be relaxed during using for a long time, thus the interbedded preload of the revolving bodies and the general stiffness were changed. When the preload decreased to some degree, the rotation or slip between the outside part and inside part was happened under the dynamic environment possibly, which due to the failure of the structure or the function loses of some element. Since the mechanism of the rotation or slip and the rule of the load change with time, it is important to make sure the range of the preload in order to avoid the rotation or slip of the revolving bodies with cushion in the life cycle.The experiments of stress relaxation of different structures were done and the rule of the preload with time was also studied. The researches had shown that the relationship between the preload and the common logarithm of time was linear and the function between the preload and time was also expressed. The dynamic characteristic of the revolving bodies with cushion was studied by the analysis of theoretical mode and experimental mode. The researches had shown that the relationship between the preload and the first mode was linear and the function between the preload and the first mode was established. The vibration of the revolving bodies with cushion was tested and the relationships between the rotation or slip, the magnitude of preload and the level of vibration were also studied. The range of the magnitude of preload and the level of vibration were obtained, in which the rotation or slip should happen.Finally, above the study, considering the static strength, the preload, the life cycle, the dynamic used-environment synthetically, the method to decide the initial preload of the revolving bodies with cushion was build up. On the basis of the linear relationship between the preload and the first mode, the method to identify the preload of the complex revolving bodies with cushion was suggested.
