As China's reform and opening up and economic construction of the rapid development of a large number of early highway bridges completed and put into operation, it is difficult to meet the growing traffic demands. Widening the old bridge will show more and more builders in the works eyes, bridge in the conversion process is often subject to the impact of existed buildings around, in order to avoid the impact on the existed buildings,it is necessary to use a special pier skew structure. Analyzing on the particular bridge the construction period and the seismic response of bridge have great significance.Based on a widening highway skew bridge, the Widening bridge superstructure during the conversion phase stress state and seismic response of the bridge are analyzed.The main research contents include:1) The deposit precast beam time of bridge widening process, a continuous bridge from simple support to the bridge and the final stitching process changes in the force analysis.The analysis we obtained a reasonable deposit time of precast T beam bridge and system transformation in all stages of internal force, displacement can meet the design requirements.2)Pile-soil interaction to be considered or not mechanical model are established, the bridge vibration characteristics are analyzed. Bridge structure changes flexible and the frequency decreases when pile-soil-structure interaction considered.3) Using response spectrum method and dynamic time history method the seismic response analysis to the bridge, analysis of pile-soil interaction on seismic response properties.The calculated results indicate the pile-soil-structure interaction decreases the internal force of the abutment pier and increases the displacement.4) Carry out the coincident earthquake responses analysis to the bridge using dynamic time history method and compare it with response spectrum result.The before method calculated results about the internal force and displacement of abutment pier are bigger than the latter, therefore,the calculated results of using response spectrum method are safer.
