| With the rapid economic development, urban construction scale is continually expanding, urban population is highly concentrated and substantially increasing, and transport demand is enlarging rapidly. There are several disadvantages in the existing urban public transport system, such as lacking of capacity, weather-sensitive, frequent traffic accidents, badly environment pollution and so on. Therefore, many cities takes urban rail transportation developement as an important way to solve traffic problems in big cities. Urban rail transit system is a major service for the city's passenger transport. Urban rail transit system, usually taking electric traction as a driving force, wheel-rail operation mode as its characteristics, is the summation of all the relevant facilities such as vehicles, trains, tracks and so on. It has advantages such as large transport capacity, high velocity, safe, punctuality, low cost, energy conservation, as well as mitigation of ground traffic jam and environment protection.On the basis of domestic and oversea experience and research results, as to the relevant problems of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3's operation, this paper's research content is as follows:Firstly, according to the calendar year passenger traffic statistics along the line of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3, forecasts the planning year's passenger volume adopting the four-stage method, moreover, analyzes and studies the law of passenger volume variation and passenger flow distribution.Secondly, based on the passenger flow forecasting, Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3 adopts over seat single track transit system after comparison of many proposals. And then, confirm the vehicle type, station layout, line alignment, etc.Thirdly, confirm the moto train unit operation plan of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3 after comparison of many train routing plans. And then, design the trun-back station model and calculate the turn-back capacity.Finally, compile the entire day train operation plan of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3 by integrating various train plan influence factors. And then calculate the relvant parameters and indexes of train diagram.On the ground of plentiful relvant thesis materials, this paper researches the planning and operation problems of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3 using rail transportation planning and operation theoris as well as systems analysis and optimization methods. This thesis has certain theoretical and practical significance on rail transportation operation. |
