After the successfully operation of the 350km/h Zhengxi high-speed railway line and Wuguang high-speed railway line, Chinese railway enters the stage of high speed development and China train control system also access to the communication-based China Train Control System Level 3(CTCS3) time. Radio Block Center (RBC) is the key equipment of CTCS3 which sends the Movement Authority (MA), which is calculated using the Signal Authority (SA) calculated based on trains'position by interlocking system, to the trains through the GSM-R wireless network to keep trains safe.RBC has powerful functions, great complexity of logic control and high scurity standard. As a new techology of Chinese railway signal system, RBC takes the responsibility for the security and the efficiency of Chinese railway transportation. There is not even a CTCS3 simulation system, so now the research on the simulation of CTCS3 is able to help analyse the actual railway line data which can highly reduce the manpower and material resourse, provide advanced techology methods and effective management strategy for higher level train control system and supply necessary conditions for coordinated and balanced program of development between the train control system and other fields in the raiway transportation industry.This dissertation discusses the data structure design and demand analysis of RBC simulation sub-system and the design of MA calculation module, RBC swichover module and CTCS level conversion module referring to the CTCS3 overall technology specification, RBC-interlocking specification, CTCS3 system demand specification ect. This dissertation consists of some parts as below:First, the dissertation analyses the function demand of CTCS3 simulation system. Second, it describes the overall functions of RBC sub-system and the analysis of interface of RBC system. Third, it analyses the principle of MA calculation and shows the implementation method of MA module. Fourth, it describes the principle of the process of RBC switchover and discusses the implemention of simulation sub-system from the handover RBC and receiving RBC respectively. Fifth, this disseration analysees and summarizes the possibility of CTCS level conversion, gives different implementation methods according to different cases. Finally, the dissertation summarizes the overall implementation methods and debugs methods.
