| Water, as a valuable component of environment, is a kind of natural resource as well as a part of the material base of sustainable development. Water has carrying capacities both for the population and economy. With the rapid development of the population and economy, the problems of water environment, such as scarcity and pollution, have become restraints against the sustainable development. The optimize arrangement of water environment and water resources has become a hot topic studied by people. At the same time, study on water development and protection is helpful to national economic development plans, environment protection and the sustainable utilization of water resources.This dissertation take Heyuan as an example, according to the geographical position, the climatic conditions, the ecological environment condition, water environment present situation, the economic society development condition and so on. Start from the relationship of water environment, population and economic development. The influence factor for water environmental quality was analyzed, and then concrete measures to improve water environment protection were put forward, aimed at the water resources present situation in Heyuan city. |
