With the rapid development of the urban rail transport in China, in the design of the transportation system planning, the environmental impact will be considered more and more. Vehicle vibration of rail transit is an important urban transportation planning problem, further induced by both the structure and equipment vibration effect and a series of measures in controlling vibration should be considered in the initial stages of planning and design. During construction of the rail transit, as the two approaching lines are not always built in the same period, in order to protect the subways have been built, it must be analyzed the vibration characteristics of the new subway and combine the results to optimize projects and to adopt a serious of effective controlling vibration and noise measures. Among all mitigation measures, the floating slab track is the most effective one with wide perspective of development. On the basis of previous achievements of relevant researches, by establishing 3D models of the floating slab track, and by establishing tunnel-soil 2D finite dynamic elements model, analyze the existing subway structure vibration after the new rail transit operating. And it made to the buildings with consideration on different parameters. In the transient dynamic analysis, mainly consider the impact of the speed of vehicle, fastener stiffness, damping fasteners, floating slab density, steel spring stiffness, damping steel spring and steel spring spacing on the vibration characteristics of the system, and on this basis, get some useful conclusions and improvement measures.Lastly, this paper makes a final conclusion to all above analysis. And simultaneously, this paper gives some new questions need to be researched further more in future.
