This thesis studies on unballasted track accurate adjustment machine control system, which is applied on the unballasted track accurate paving of dedicated passenger line. Designing a kind of digital control system is aimed to control the machine to move forward and back along the track extension, automatically receive data measured by total station machine, control the Stewart platform to grab the rail board and reposition it according to measured data, which makes it available to achieve the automatic adjustment.According to researching on technical requirements of the machine, and referring to the actual construction process, the thesis confirms the work principle of the machine, and completes the design and selection of hardware and software.The machine adopts Stewart platform structure and selects high precision servo-motor driver system. The thesis analyses kinematics and dynamics of Stewart platform, and also two basic control strategies. In consideration of the concrete usage of the platform, the control strategy based on joint space is detailedly analyzed in this project. Besides, the paper establishes an AC permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control model, on the basis of which it builds the mathematical model of cylinder position servo system, analyses its frequency characteristics, and designs a position regulator based on PID control algorithm, which optimizes the dynamic response performance of system.Finally, according to the request of digital controller, the controller adopts embedded operation system XPE to improve the reliability of this control system. VC++ and Matlab mix-programmed technique is used for improving the develop efficiency of control software. The control program implements the control strategy mentioned previously, achiveving the expectant results. The result of experiments in fieldwork shows that control algorithm is absolutely correct and control accuracy can meet the need of specified requirements.
