Iron corrosion is the major damage reason of reinforced concrete. So researching effective corrosion inhibitor is an effective method to extend the service life, and prevent destruction of reinforced concrete. One of the main content of this topic is to compound one or several nitrite corrosion inhibitor. The research on nitrite corrosion inhibitor in abroad started early, such corrosion inhibitors have good effect and lower cost, but have negative impact on concrete performance. In this paper the nitrite corrosion inhibitor compounded should not affect the performance of concrete adversely. In view of the shortcomings of nitrite corrosion inhibitors, anther main content of this topic is to compound one or several organic corrosion inhibitor. Organic corrosion inhibitor is resent research focus at home and abroad. They have excellent rust-resistant performance, and have no negative impact. The organic corrosion inhibitor compounded in this topic should have above characteristics.This topic begins with the choice of the corrosion inhibitor components. Three kinds of raw materials such as nitrite, calcium nitrite and so on are chosen as the primary material, and 15 kinds material are prepared such as amine, alcohol amine, organic acid and fatty acid ester as the primary material of organic corrosion inhibitor. The materials that have excellent electrochemical property such as the natural potential in 7days is between -250~0mv and the polarization curve is good are chosen. At last, detect every performance of the corrosion inhibitor by mechanical property test, durability test and saline soak and baking test for corrosion inhibitor.The results show that inorganic inhibitor W5 has no effect on concrete basically, and has better durability than corresponding blank sample, its all rust property targets are met the requirements of relative standards. The components of W5 include sodium nitrite, calcium nitrite, Z saline, N5, AE, the recommended dosage is 1.0% of total cementitious materials. Organic inhibitor Y3 not only have excellent rust property, all targets are met the requirements of relative standards, but also improve the durability of concrete in a certain extent, it can be promoted in product. The specific components of Y3 is alkanolamine 2 : alkanolamine 3 : alcohol 2 : alcohol 3 : J3 : Z saline : AE = 3 : 2 :1.5 : 2 : 2.83 : 0.85 : 0.085, the recommended dosage is 2.0% of total cementitious materials. |
