Blade is an important part of the turbine. The efficiency and service life of a tuebine depend on its blades's. The study of this paper focused on the measurement and optimization of turbine blade design. The data have been analyzed and processed after the blade measured. In order to make it more precise,three methods have been used in the data analysis and processing, and found that Xiao Wei Buddha was more effective. In the optimal design of blade, on the one hand optimized blade device to increase the anti-leaf excitation; the other hand, using the ISIGHT platform optimized blade-shaped lines. After compareing the blade-shaped lines and the results of stress distribution and the efficiency with those not been optimized,the system outputed the model of blade optimized. The optimization of these two aspects effectively improved blade power and security,and offered a reliable data for the blade design.
