| Wind speed and the spindle fault signal are monitoring signals of on-line monitoring system for wind field, the value of wind speed determine the wind field generating capacity, but also directly affect the wind field's operation; spindle failure will result in mechanical transmission chain failure, when serious spindle failure happen, wind power system will have a direct shutdown. This paper describes the forecast wind speed and spindle fault diagnosis, using time series method to a field of 24 hours of data forecast wind speed in short-term, comparing wind speed results through the AR, ARIMA predict model; utilizing wavelet transform to CWRU Bearing Test Data Center experimental data diagnose fault, spindle fault can be diagnosed according to the fault frequency has been calculated. |
