The lift-up technology is a new type of bridge modification technology. It has been widely used for its easy installation, economy and the good results. It is better than any other technologies especially in dealing with some issues, such as the settlement of bridges and the insufficient net space under bridges. Therefore the lift-up technology has a bright future. But further investigation is needed, because the design and construction of the projects in which the lift-up technology is used mainly depends on the experience, devoid of scientific and theoretical basis.The monitoring and analysis of projects not only play a great role in insuring the safety of the construction and offering the basis for the construction, but also is the research technique of new design theories and new construction technologies. It will play a more and more important role in project construction with the development of monitoring technologies.In this thesis, we takes the Nanpu Bridge Approach as background, by the use of modern measurement theories and technologies, combined with the lift-up theory, compares and analyzes the real-time monitoring results of the deformation and stress, studies the law of the deformation and stress changes in the lifting process, and approaches the integration of the stress monitoring technology and geodesy geometrical deformation monitoring technology, measurement analysis and forecasting of deformation, geometric and physical interpretation of deformation.This thesis first introduces the bridge lift-up theory and engineering monitoring technology, and then focuses on the lifting process of Nanpu Bridge Approach. In this article, the conventional deformation monitoring is combined with the advanced real-time monitoring system. The measured geometric distortion is checked, verified and matched with the measured stress value. Great fruit is attained by the monitoring of displacement, stress and other information in terms of qualitative quantitative analysis.I hope that some useful advice can be provided for the monitoring and analysis of the lifting projects of the similar bridges in the future. I wish that I would contribute to the development of the bridge lifting technology.
