In modern industrial control systems, intelligent electric actuators can be driven valves, dampers, baffles and other regulatory agencies, and widely used in metallurgy, energy and chemical control areas.With modern means of control,when given parameters are input, intelligent electric actuators can be automatically executed to achieve its intelligent control requirements;It has broad market prospects for high precision and high reliability etc.The BLDCM is the drive component of intelligent electric actuators.With its simple structure, large and high efficiency output, it's high value and important research significance in industrial control systems.The paper introduces the intelligent electric actuators and BLDCM of development, research status, their working principle and analyzes mathematical model of BLDCM, also proposes the control system entire design program; Then it is proposed based on FNN of SMC algorithm and simulates BLDCM control system in the MATLAB environment. Simulation results show that:Compared with the FNN of SMC and conventional PID control method, new algorithm can achieve better control effects in overshoot suppression and speed response, and it's not sensitive to disturbance with strong robustness.The paper designs the BLDCM control system of software and hardware in detail.Experimental prototype debugging, the control system of BLDCM can achieve soft start and stop,speed adjustable, fixed points, and continuous control of the basic requirements,and can work in switching and regulation.
