In the twenty-first century, the environmental pollution and depletion of fossil energy have become major problems of threating to human's progress and development. Therefore, people pay attention to discover and develop sustainable use of new energy more and more. The use of wind energy which are distributed widely, reserved largely, cheap and non-polluting is received goverments'attention.At present, the research and use of the right horizontal axis wind turbine have reached a very mature stage. And it has formed an integrated theoretical framework of design and control of the horizontal axis wind turbine.This article takes the three blades vertical shaft anemometer as the object of study. This vertical wind turbine use subtly the half-turn structure, and greatly enhance the wind energy use efficiency of the wind turbine. This article analyses qualitatively the relationship between attack angle and its efficiency of this new vertical wind turbine.And it goes on in-depth study on the basis of small-scale vertical wind machine. Combining the existing study between wind energy use efficiency and output power of this new vertical wind turbine,I create the mathematical model of this new vertical wind turbine, do some simulation on this model in MATLAB, and improve the running control plan of this new vertical wind turbine.On this basis, we design and make a controller of the vertical wind turbine, do the experiment, and prove that the control plan is feasible.According to the structural characteristics of the new vertical wind turbine, this article adopts the method of variable-pitch control. In the light of mathematical model of this new vertical wind turbine, we can see that it is a complex non-liner system. Therefore, it can not obtain satisfactory control effect by using the traditional PID control algorithm. Seeing that the advanced intelligent control technology has been used successfully in horizontal axis wind turbines, this article presents an algorithm of a fuzzy neural network based on BP network to the new vertical wind turbine for constant speed control. After analysising the result of MATLAB simulation, and comparing with the traditional PID control and fuzzy control, we find that the fuzzy neural network controller based on BP network improve the control effect of the system.And it proves that it is feasible to use the fuzzy neural network based on BP network in the system of the new vertical wind turbine. |
