With the social development, energy shortage, environmental pollution, improvement of living standard, the traditional heated Kang which has been widely used in northern cold areas of China can not meet the requirements of the times. Because of its shortcomings, such as difficult to control the temperature, excessive fuel consumption, pollution of the environment, take up interior space and developed construction technology, it can not meet the requirements of "Building a new socialist countryside". To fundamentally solve these problems, the most important changes are the construction form of traditional heated Kang and the use of new clean energy. However, the existing solar heating technologies have vary degrees of shortcomings, such as low heating efficiency, unstable performance and cost disadvantages, which can not be satisfied with the solar heating requirements in rural residences.In response to these problems above, this paper has studied on the solar Kang heating system used in rural residences in cold area.By means of visit and test,the writer has surveyed of the problems about the solar Kang heating system used in Zhucheng of Shandong province.After actual research, this paper has concluded, upgraded the theoretical system of the solar Kang heating system in rural residences in cold area, which based on the climate conditions in Jinan. This paper has choiced the type of various components of solar Kang heating system, including the surface temperature of the Kang, the materials and structures of the Kang, the orientation of solar collector, the area of solar collector, the designed flow, the heat storage system, the operating conditions and the intelligent control system; The main design parameters of the system were given a simple method of calculation, which will lay the foundation for the latter part study of the solar Kang heating technology research and the solar Kang heating design. Through theoretical analysis, combining the requirements of the rural residences, this paper designed an experimental system for solar Kang heating in Jinan. To simulate the environment in rural residences, I set up the experimental system in dormitory during the winter vacation after stopping the central heating. I recorded the process of the experimental table, the problems and solutions, to further improve the theoretical system of solar Kang heating system. Taken this experiment in January,because it's the coldest month in Jinan, obtained the performance parameter of the solar Kang heating system, and carried on a comparative analysis on it.On the bases of theoretical analysis and experimental research, this paper studied indoor comfort, the energy and economy of the solar Kang heating system. The results showed that the solar Kang heating system would save 9315.01 MJ per year,1.68x 105 MJ in it's life cycle, Payback Period is 5.06, saved 11534.8 Yuan in it's life cycle. Finally, elaborated the significance of the promotion of solar Kang heating system.This paper studies of the design theory and the experimental results of the solar Kang heating system, which can be widely used in rural residences in cold area, solving the problem of heating in the winter to improve indoor comfort. Meanwhile, it provided a useful reference to solar Kang heating system designers.
