In this paper, the research of power grid and grid were introduced firstly, then the power grid architecture and the main structure of the grid were studied and the structure and function of Globus Toolkit4 were highlightly introduced. Then we built the power system resource model and deploy the electrical resource services on GT4. As for the large-scale power grid, the real-time of the current scheduling technologies is not enough. We present a task scheduling algorithm based on an improved genetic algorithm. We design the test of power grid simulation scheduling system. We firstly publish a range of resource services, and then publish the task scheduling service. The user can get the list of resources allocated to the tasks which user has submitted. Through simulation tests, the resource model and scheduling based on the improved genetic algorithm is strong and extensible.
