Condenser and vacuum equipment is the important thermal power plant cold-end equipment and an important part of the unit vacuum system and reheat system, especially for large thermal power generating units.With a substantial increase in unit parameters, higher demands are proposed for safe and economic operation of the unit. It is necessary for improving equipment efficiency, health and life to depth study the research level and direction and operational characteristics of large-scale cold-side equipment (such as condenser), and learn lessons from the incident, and analyze the reasons,and finally find the law. On the basis of ensuring the unit's security, further studying unit's more economical operation rules is necessrry for sustainable development of companies. This paper introduce and analyze the mechanism of the equipment accident and treatment measures,combining the actual design of Chaozhou Power Plant 600MW supercritical unit cold-side equipment.
