This paper is on the focus of the problem which is easy to produce not- synchronization and imprecise situation in the power system security analysis. Combine Grid and power system, and take the result of flow calculation as the basis for power system security analysis. Deploy flow calculation in the Globus and apply it as service. Then, form the power grid architecture based on economic model by combining economic factors and Grid hierarchical model. This architecture reflects the dynamic changes of supply and demand of grid resource from price fluctuations. A resource allocation and pricing strategy based on economic model and a task scheduling algorithm based on QoS fuzzy multi-attribute decision making are proposed. They are from economical angle and users'QoS diverse needs angle to solve the multi-objective and multi-constraint problem of Grid users'needs. Finally, through the simulation experiment on GridSim to test and verify the feasibility and efficiency of the scheduling algorithm proposed in this paper.
