The wind power generation technology is the inevitable choice of the development of pollution-free renewable energy.It is the method to adjust the energy sources structure,and develop clean energy.In our country,there are abundant wind energy and exploiture potential.But our country is behind the other country on wind power electric power generation technology research,especially the wind turbine key technology remains to be studied further.The main body of the thesis is applying contact analysis to the bolt connection structure of wind turbine to forecast out the damaged bolt's location.Referring to the phenomena of wind turbine's tower break off,accomplishing the finite element method stability,the crisis loads for the tower are obtained.In the contact analysis of bolts,an assemble model is built firstly comprised bolts and flanges.Then a contacting analytical finite element model is acquired as well.Applying the finite element method software is carried out the nonlinearity numerical value analog computation.The distribution of the maximal deformation,stress and strain of parts are calculated under the state of start-up at each time .For this time,the distribution of deformation,stress and strain on the bolts and flanges should be found.The bolt carried maximal the force are calculated,It is the bolt damaged location.By this method,the result of contact analysis on the bolts between the wheel hub and the main shaft,the bolts between the bearing and the wheel hub,the bolts between the cabin base and bearing,the bolts between bearing and the wind turbine's tower,and the bolts between the tower and the base.In the process of tower stability analysis,for the 3D model of wind turbine's tower,applying the finite element method software,characteristic value buckling analysis carried out. Firstly,by"APDL"geometrical limitation is used in nonlinear buckling analysis.The architectural critical load calculated by nonlinearity buckling analysis can accord with reality but more.The results show that the results can be used to guide the safeguard to the bolts and towers.In this paper,the nonlinear contact finite element analysis methods and processes of in the bolts of Wind turbine are also applicable to other types equipment analysis.
